It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if the initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Here is an estimate of the shipping times and the corresponding shipping charges. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. For details, see individual items.

Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do You Offer Delivery To P.O Boxes Or Military Apo/Fpo Addresses?
A delivery to P.O Boxes and Military APO/FPO address is available.
Warm note: Product ship to Hawaii will take 7-25 business days to ship, consider before place an order.
Will I Be Charged Vat Taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charge.
By placing an order through Foshwa store you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (USA) country.
A. Return policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to contact us by sending emails to support@Foshwa.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours in accordance with the following Return Policy:
+ You receive an incorrect item
+ Your order contains damaged product(s)
+ Your order has a printing mistake
+ Part of your order is missing from the package.
B. Return process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@Foshwa.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. Damaged and wrong products or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail at support@Foshwa.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size ordered or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@Foshwa.com.
E. Restoking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
G. Return shipping cost
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, or not correct products, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.
H. Not accept a refund
Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
Warm Notes: Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address and phone number, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
