FOSHWA SDN BHD, established and incorporated on 1st June 2005, has been serving the recruitment, employment and labour hire industries. Having its Malaysia office stationed in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, FOSHWA has been actively involved in helping organizations with one the most critical challenges any industries are facing today – getting the right people for the job. With the necessary experience and exposure in this industry, FOSHWA has been responsible in job matching many jobs vacancies in South East Asia, Middle East and many parts of Asia.

Our specialised team that consists are personnel from the various industries actively work for clients across various industries in various regions to understand more about the industries requirement today and to know our clients better in any way possible so that we are able and ready at all time to facilitate them in getting the best that they deserve. FOSHWA sources and recruits quality candidates for various industries to fill up the gap for permanent, contract and temporary positions within commercial, professional, public service and industrial environments. FOSHWA’S diverse range of local contacts within various countries and the extensive network enabled FOSHWA to source experienced and qualified staff, both locally and internationally. Prior to the formation of FOSHWA, the shareholders and directors of FOSHWA have
been working closely with Raj Associates Ltd, the largest recruitment company in the Middle
East and India. The experiences within group of companies that is ISO 9001 – 2000 Certified
Quality Standard enable the directors and personnel of FOSHWA to implement industry
acceptable standards to the current setup. The personnel of FOSHWA have the necessary

Upon the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN) legislated the “Out-Sourcing License”, FOSHWA
was formed in 2005 and this marked a new phase of operation in line with the increasing
demand to recruit, employ, supply and manage quality workers with the intention to strive
for excellent performance, serving various industries today.
